The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We do not have a lease agreement for you, therefore, you are not obligated to stay in our community. If the leaseholder of your unit is experiencing any issues in their home, they are more than welcome to contact the office, it will be our pleasure to help. Morgan, As we have previously stated, it is against policy to conduct business with unauthorized occupants therefore we are unable to discuss with you your mother's home. We apologize if you have considered this less than exemplary service on our part as it is the best interest of our residents we have in mind. If your mom is experiencing any concerns she would like addressed, she is more than welcome to contact the office and is encouraged to do so. If you would like to be able to act on your mom's behalf, you are welcome to submit an application to be added to the lease agreement, thank you.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear of your experience at Brookstone. We strive to address all issues brought to our attention and provide the best service possible. My staff is instructed to stop what they are doing and address graffiti immediately upon discovering it or upon a report from a resident. Unfortunately, parking is a challenge, however, I have been to City Council meetings and successfully argued we need the parking opened up in front of the closed elementary school, which they did. We do address each and every concern if brought to our attention when itâ??s happening. Often times, residents report noise or marijuana smoking the next day and cannot provide a name or apartment number. I have placed flyers on doors informing residents we no longer honor the local law providing immunity for marijuana smoking. We have chosen to enforce the Federal Law which prohibits use of illegal substances for any reason. If we learn who is in violation, we serve them with notices to quit, however, time is not on our side and often takes 30 â?? 90 days to evict. If you would like to call me personally, I would be happy to discuss the charges on your move-out statement. Hello Anonymous, I'm the Manager, Tanya. I'm very sorry to hear you are concerned about the elevators. It's very difficult to see the picture you took, but if you look up in the right corner, you will see all 4 elevator permits expire on 7/17/2013. The State of California regulates these very closely and we would not be able to operate them if they were not permitted annually. Please call the Leasing Office and ask for me personally.
