I have been living here for several months and I am very happy with it. For what I pay, I get a lot. Access to a well-stocked workout room, beautiful grounds, a large pool, on site easy-to-access laundry... not to mention a huge one bedroom unit with a great floor plan and central air. I have never had a problem with safety. In fact, I left my car in the parking lot for two weeks while I was out of town and there was no damage. My neighbors are cordial even though I prefer to keep to myself. Overall I feel safe and at home in this complex. The only complaint I have is that guest parking is street parking, and street parking is only allowed until 2am without a permit... this is hard for having guests at times. Disclaimer: I am a low-maintenance renter. I am a bachelor, living on my own. I rarely feel the need to call maintenance, and I don't have any kids to worry about. This probably changes my perception of this complex a bit.
