Great location and well maintained amenities. Its quiet but walkable to many restaurants. The convenience of having a grocery downstairs is unmatched. Leasing team was very communicative during the process of moving in.

I've lived in many apartment complexes over the years and this is the best overall. Fantastic living experience, safety, and responsive staff. Aside from the smallish gym, the facilities are great and well maintained. Neighborhood is safe and quiet at night with plenty of things nearby. This is ideal living and would definitely recommend Access.

Access Culver City provides an inclusive and welcoming environment. It is more than a property - this is a community. It is obvious our community manager and the entire team care genuinely about their residents and total living experience.

I absolutely love the complex, amenities and community. The management team is super helpful and accommodating. My pup and I have had a great experience and don't plan to leave. What I love most is the location. It's extremely convenient to the best parts of LA!

Great upkeep and Management staff. Apartment itself is in very good condition, with new finishings. maintenance services are quick and professional. Amenities are about average, we do not think it justifies the premium paid for the apartment rent

Access is great and we love the location in Culver City. There are minor things that we wish we different or handled differently but not anything that would make us want to move. People are nice! We will continue to live here!

I moved in this year. Everything was great and the leasing office has been so helpful given the pandemic. Of all the good things that I can list about this apartment, the leasing office is the best here!

It is a very nice apartment and the interiors are new, clean, and fresh. The neighborhood is lively, and there are many convenient services the community provides. However, don't expect to sleep at night because management thinks it essential to keep their defective, whistling pool heater on 24/7. The staff at Access Culver City are nice, but I doubt their ability to address any problems since I have not been contacted regarding any issues I brought up.

Things are good on the surface but below the surface is where problems arise. There have been many break-ins in the garage and the building does nothing to address. I had a repair issue that required follow up and the building completely dropped the ball. Not what I would expect from a premium residence.

Overall really great living here. Only two downsides- The floors are thin, so you hear those above you pretty easily. The other thing is that the fire alarm for the whole building is extremely sensitive. It goes off more often than it ever really should. At this point, most people just stay in their apartments when it goes off since its most likely false alarm. Unfortunately it seems to always go off in the middle of the night or early morning which is extremely jarring.

This has to be one of the best locations in West LA. Not to mention that Downtown Culver City is a quick walk down the street with all types of things to do. The property is amazing with amenities and personal services to make your life easier; Hello Alfred and Butler Box. The management and maintenance staff keeps the building in tip top shape and it doesn't hurt having a grocery store, bank, and fitness/yoga on the first level. I love the hard wood floors in our unit and the huge tubs and walk in closets are also GREAT!! Ohh.. did I mention the onsite storage options?!! You are also walking distance from the Metro and there is a walking/biking trail right behind the building that leads to a nice park. WE LOVE ACCESS!!

Jose, the maintenance manager, is the best thing about this place. He is super nice, timely and skillful. Before I moved here I used to panic when something breaks in the house and all that trouble about calling the handyman and scheduling a time. But now, I just submit a maintenance request and I worry about nothing else. He also keeps the community and public areas very nice and clean. Living wise, this is a great location, with the metro station right across the street. There is a coop market right downstairs and a Sprouts 10 min walking distance away. Because of the metro, some units can get a bit noisy, but I don't find it unbearable. It's quite pricy living here, but I find it worth the money.

I love living here. Its peaceful and fun. An oasis In the city without feeling isolated. The complex is kept very clean and the grounds employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They know everyone by name and care about the rules and issues going on at the property.

My wife and I have loved living in Access. The location is ideal for Culver City: walking distance to Downtown Culver, easy access to the 10 freeway, and right across the street from the Expo metro line. We often walk our dog to nearby parks and restaurants such as Father's Office and Coolhaus ice cream. The building staff could not be nicer. They are very knowledgable, respond quickly to requests, and foster a great sense of community. The apartments all feel brand new and have great light and air. Overall, we have been really happy with our time at Access.

My family (husband and puppy) and I have been living at Access Culver City since December '18 and the past six months here have been the best of any community we've lived in to-date. The grounds and common amenities are well-maintained, the complex is peaceful but I love that I'm on a first-name basis with several of my neighbors, and the proximity on foot to coffee shops, restaurants, and all that downtown Culver City has to offer is unparalleled! We absolutely love it here and look forward to the years to come!

We've lived here for a little over two months and we love it here. It's like living at a really nice resort. We chose Access for its proximity to my office, which I can walk to. It's also walking distance to downtown Culver City which has great restaurants and a movie theater. The apartments are large and bright and the amenities are worth the price, which I will admit, are high. Although, that's a byproduct of LA's currently rental market. Of course there are little things - the carpeting on the floors could be cleaned more often and there's noise from an exercise studio, however - that only affects a small number of units and we just happen to live above it. They are working on that apparently though. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff are nice and as I mentioned before - it's like living at a nice resort.

Michael Hunter is an -------. I dont understand why I pay 3400 to get him as my service people. He doesnt know any courtesy. For example, I was looking for apartment when I was in foreign country. I called in serveal times, and he just picked up the first one. Without Ishima, I will move out next year.

Access Culver City is a little oasis with a resort like feel. All the grounds and amenities are updated and kept clean at all times. Access also has a variety of different units so you can choose which one fits your lifestyle best. Our leasing agent, Michael Hunter, was extremely helpful! We moved cross-country from Atlanta, GA and Michael was with us every step of the way. He is a big part of the reason why we chose Access Culver City as our new home!

I love everything about Access. The residents are very friendly and actually talk to each other. Public transportation is amazing and there is so much to do within walking distance. There are monthly resident events that a lot of fun. We also have Hello Alfred which is like having my own personal concierge.

I love love love living at Access! Been here a year and it's wonderful! The apartment is just gorgeous: huge windows, lots of light, beautiful modern flooring and cabinetry, a wonderful walk-in closet, a HUGE bathtub, and in-unit washer and dryer! Everything is top notch. And then there's the pool, hot tub, gym... and a market and Orange Theory Fitness in the building to boot! With it's proximity to the darling shops and restaurants at Platform, everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. I spend many a weekend luxuriating in my own home, not using my car at all!!! The management team is just wonderful! So friendly and responsive. They really care about making Access a HOME. This is the first place I've ever lived under corporate management, rather than an individual landlord, and I was a little apprehensive how it would be. But Ishma and Michael and Maggie are such caring warm people, they make the building a community, not just a place we all live. I love it here so much and would highly recommend to all prospectives.

We love our community and new space. The outdoor balcony view and easy commute to work make it an enjoyable place to live. Not only that, but it has resort style amenities and a heated pool and outdoor lounge/dining spaces which we use regularly. The staff are friendly and welcoming and add to the quality of the building. If we could buy our space, we would!

We were so lucky to have lived at Access. It was a great community for us. As a family moving from overseas, we were looking for amenities (check!), a sense of community (check!), and a family & pet friendly environment (check check!). Ishma, Michael and Maggie do a great job of making the environment really welcoming, and Rich and Martha take great care of the building and grounds. We loved the events in the club room, and the pool and fitness center. It was a wonderful way for us to move to LA. Every time we came home it felt like we were coming to a luxury resort. Thank you Access!
