Michael Hunter is an -------. I dont understand why I pay 3400 to get him as my service people. He doesnt know any courtesy. For example, I was looking for apartment when I was in foreign country. I called in serveal times, and he just picked up the first one. Without Ishima, I will move out next year.

At Access Culver City, our goal is to provide you with a positive living experience, and to do so, we need feedback... your feedback! We value how you perceive our team, how you think we're doing and what we can do to foster a community you enjoy calling home. Your survey rated us a 5 out of 5 in every category accept noise and office staff! While you did give us an excellent rating, I know we are not perfect. This is evident in our 4 star rating in noise and the 3 star rating for office staff. Specially, you mentioned one of our team members. I know your time is valuable but I would love to schedule a time to discuss the reasons behind the 3 and 4 star rating. Is there a time that works best for you? It would be disheartening to loose you as a resident. I truly believe I do not manage a community alone; it takes the collective effort of the entire on-site team and our residents to make our building a community and to make your apartment feel like home.
