My experience has been mixed. Communications with the staff have improved. The space itself on the surface is nice but when I look more closely I can see that design elements were not consistent, which is not normally a concern for me but with a self-proclaimed luxury apartment building, I was disappointed. The bathroom tiling does not go with any of the cabinets or fixtures. There are brushed nickel fixtures in most of the apartment but then the sink fixtures are stainless steel. The refrigerator is very small. The stove has space for a center burner but doesnt. The decor is fine - just not on par with other luxury apartment companies.
The guest policy and communications have not been consistent or great. I am still confused as to why guests are not allowed on the rooftop if only one household is allowed to reserve the space at any time. No other household would be exposed to the guests. So Im still in disagreement with the policy but am abiding by it. The staff have been responsive and courteous for the most part. The maintenance person is great. Its just the last experience has not been good with replacing the sink that he broke when installing my new toilet. The sink does not fit the counter so its a complete mismatch. Again, not on par with what I would expect for a luxury apartment building.
