The grounds are beautiful with lots of trees! The central courtyard and pool area look great. Away from that area, some of the soil is bare, but there are trees everywhere. Most people are friendly. A couple of incidents of people leaving trash out has been disappointing. The resident services staff are professional, effective, efficient, courteous, and get to know the neighbors. The noise from machinery (e.g., central building air conditioner and digging to replace pipes) is uncomfortable. The onsite gym and Fox Hills Park allow residents to get in shape at no extra cost. Lack of air conditioning hurts in summer. Too bad that's not a priority over putting in washing machines, which will take away needed closet space. Still, this is the best apartment complex I've lived in.
