Most things about this place are fine.They are responsive to things needing attention
--- the bathroom sink overflowed and we were told that the pipes are really old. Our
ATT service went out and when we called the repair person he told us that the ATT
wires which go under their parking lot to the street were quite old and unless fixed
this would continue to happen. We were there for a short time so this was not a big
deal.
The only problem was that the manager was ill on the afternoon of the walk through and I had to drop the keys through he door slot or I would have been charged for an additional day. When I got my final statement it was really high for the cleaning($120 -- we had not had a professional come and clean but we had left in a fairly clean condition, the fridge was spotless--- 6 hours to clean this small apartment was a bit excessive) and the the touch up paint(I was charged $80 and there was only one little nick where the movers had nicked the window!)
If we had had the walk through the manager would have had to show me these things but with no walk through they felt they could charge whatever they felt like.
So, make sure you do the walk through at the end.
