Nice neighborhood, large apartments, quiet
I have lived in these apartments for 2 years. When I moved in they were month to month, then the economy started faltering so they started requiring a 6 month lease or $75 extra per month to stay month to month. They claimed all the water pipes had been replaced but the water still runs orange. The carpets were not clean on move in and they refused to clean them, claiming they were fairly new carpet and additional cleanings would cause the carpet to wear out too fast. There is a sauna and pool table but you can only access it during business hours, you do not get a key to the common building. One of the pools is supposed to be heated all year but either it is not heated or not heated enough to swim. They claim to have 24 hour emergency service; however, I tried using it twice and both times was told they didn´t consider my call an emergency.

So, why do I still live here? The complex is about half a mile off 280 and quiet. It is right against the foothills. The apartments are large, except the kitchen. The kitchen has a new oven but they bought the wrong kind of oven for the opening they have and it was installed in such a way that if you want to access the kitchen drawers you must first open the oven door.Share This Review
