Resident 2012

10/23/2012

I cannot say enough good things about my resident at The Pointe. Two weeks ago, I had to leave out of country due to a family emergency. I had to wrap up many things in short period of time and was rushed to leave home with my family. When I returned from the trip after a week, I witnessed my windshield on the passenger side was completely gone and covered with black plastic bag. First thing that went through my mind was "Oh My God, someone must have broken into my car..." after finding out even my GPS was missing.. Just to be sure, I checked in with Manager Julio and Hose, and they explained that they noticed my parked car window was opened completely so they saved all valuable items and kindly wrapped my window with black plastic bag to avoid any troubles, plus kept their eye on my car throughout my absent. I was just so blown away and amazed how nice, kind, caretaker they are. After sharing this story with my colleagues and family, I realized how lucky I was to live in such a safety place. They really became so much more than just resident manager but they really do care about their residents. Once again, I really appreciate Julio and Hose for watching out and taking care of my incident. I highly recommend The Pointe apartment to anyone who is looking for a happy, safety community. Thank you!
