Priyojeet Moitra: I lived in this apartment complex from August 2012 till November 2013.Definitely this complex deserves better rating.Well i had quite a pleasant stay in this complex.Let me give a brief list of the pros and cons of this apartment complex. Pros:Management is quite friendly and helpful. Gabby is the most cheerful though Collissa was equally helpful. Maintenance is quite prompt.Once our oven was not getting switched off around 1 am and we got a maintenance person within 45 minutes of reporting the problem.The complex is pretty clean and has a nice ambiance.Plus it has got a rich multi-ethnic crowd. Plus the presence of noisy kids makes the place quite cheerful.This is an ideal community for housewives. Cons:Rentals are prohibitive especially in Cupertino. So better to look for an apartment in Milphitas, Sunnyvale, San Jose which are all comparatively cheaper.Parking is also a problem especially in the evenings.The laundry needs upgrade and often the dryers do not function properly.The drainage system is okay but only barely and we witnessed blocked drains couple of times during our stay. Neighbours might be inquisitive and loud.
