Not the best apartment complex I´ve ever lived in, but not as bad as other reviewers have depicted. I live in a studio apartment, and the layout is nice for a studio and the apartment is clean. There are some areas in the complex that are ugly, my apartment is located in a nice part of the complex though. As another reviewer mentioned, the leasing office sorroundings are better maintained compared to the rest of the complex. The complex is well lit and I feel safe in it. The gym facility is a joke and not usable. They are supposed to keep the pool warm all year round, but I guess they are saving some money on that! My Studio apartment gets unbearably hot all summer long. I suppose the roof is badly designed and can not dissipate the summer heat. I am probably going to move out of my apartment because of the heat. I suppose the two storey buildings that are surrounded by trees don´t have this problem. My neighbors are not that noisy, but the walls are pretty thin and I can hear my neighbors even if they are just talking. I´m sure they have the same complaint about me as I tend to watch TV at night. Overall, it is an ok place to live. <br>
