Resident 2005 - 2009

1/12/2009

Moved out of state and enjoyed living at Casa Madrid. Parking usually was never a problem. No guest parking though. They have to park in the street. The building is very quiet and the neighbors are very nice. I left my car light on once and a neighbor came to let me know. The managers are great and try to solve problems right away. Unfortuneately, the maintenance man does not live in the building so it may take awhile to get something fixed. But my water heater did break and it was replaced that same day. Yeah, the managers and the kids use the pool a lot over the summer and it seemed like no one else does in the building. At least they use it and enjoy it. And their "active" kids are really cute and friendly. I only saw them once in awhile. Looks like their mom keeps them busy. Whoever wrote the bad review probably didn't have a job and stayed home all day (loser). And I like the backyard feel. Makes the building feel more like home. I'd recommend living downstairs cause I heard that a few apartments had roof leaks when it rained and there was damage to personal property. Otherwise great place to live.
