They need air conditioning and heating, they are not very new and the laundry centers are very old, for the cost of rent but without a doubt the area and the distance to the beach is great, it is a good place to live.

The apartment complex is extremely run down and for some reason smoking is allowed inside the units. Because I didn't read every word of the contract prior, I now deal with second hand smoke through the vents. I thought California was a non smoking State?

I like the atmosphere here. You see people on the tennis court or out by the pool. It's quiet and mellow around the grounds. The nearness of the beach I think adds to the relaxed atmosphere around the grounds.
