This place is the worst place I've ever lived in. When we moved in, the manager quit and they never found someone to replace her. Instead, they had someone from the other apartment complex that they own come in for a few hours in the Office. The problem is, their hours in the Office are usually short and varied. You NEVER know when someone is in the Office to help you. Also, when my roommates and I moved out, they took ALL of our security deposit and even demanded more money. They made shady charges like wall paint costs even though the walls were fine when we moved out and apartment complexes are not supposed to charge you for natural wear and tear. Most of the time, the managers ignore Eastlake tenants and their needs and spend most of their time and money in the other apartment complex that they own (where the tenants there pay higher rent). Overall, DON'T LIVE HERE!
