Resident 2019 - 2020

This has been one of the best places I have ever lived. While it can be loud because it is close to Amtrak, you learn to drown out the noise. The staff here is the best and Kazia (the property manager) makes everyone feel soSee More >

Lexington is a great place to live if you can afford it... The management was always very friendly, the apartments felt new, and even though I sometimes had to park on the other side of the complex, there always was a spot (assuming youSee More >

We lived in the Lexington during 2008-2009. The apartments are beautiful from the outside, and nice on the inside. The bedrooms are pretty small though. The area around the complex is questionable; lots of homeless people hang out on olive drive and the complex nextSee More >

My unit is right next to I-80. I-80 traffic noise is audible in the bedroom and the least audible in the dining and kitchen areas. A television, stereo, or white noise will help to distract you from the traffic sounds (if you listen to theSee More >

Resident 2003 - 2005

I loved living in the Lexington. It's an easy walk to the UCD campus (15-20 min), and also close to downtown (10 min walk), which includes restaurants, the movie theaters, the bars and more. However, there are two main downsides to this complex.See More >

Generally this place would be great. It's nice having your own bathroom right off your bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. the kitchen has all the amenities and it's also a definite plus to have a washer and dryer.

the units next to HwySee More >

Cons:
1) Very expensive rent costs

2) Parking is pretty difficult to find, but they have a security guy who consistently comes everyday to check for non-residential parkers to have their cars towed. I've seen him have cars towed on more than one occasion.

3) Next to InSee More >

It's convienent walking distance both to campus and downtown (nice to walk home from the bars). It is only a couple of years old, so everything is nice and new. Neighbors are great and so is everyone we've meet in the complex. See More >
