A very popular place to live but quite honestly, way overrated. The apartments are located in a prime location and the staff and maintenance is very impressive. But (you knew this was coming) the walls are paper thin and if you ever go to check it out, make sure to bring a friend and have them walk in the upstairs room and talk while you're in the downstairs room, you'll be amazed at how loud it is. Besides that, car break-ins as in window shattering thieves tend to target at random times of the year. Parking gets quite ugly during the school week and it is very easy to get onto the balcony (don't leave the sliding door unlocked!!) to get into the apartment. Other than raping you on the deposit, everything else is quite impressive.
