The apartment complex is rather drab looking, as is the inside of the apartments. All of the fixtures and the carpet seem old, our roof leaked during the winter, and there are bugs and pests galore. <br>However, the 2 bedroom loft apartment is large and spacious, and the complex itself is usually quiet and its tenants friendly. The management is very prompt in addressing issues and complaints. If you are a student, Sundance is very close to the UCD campus. Overall an okay place to live.
