Stonewood Village Apartments
Resident • 2002 - 2005 Not Recommended
I’ll first start with the rent which was $845 in 2002 and we left in 2005 because our rent was going to be raised to $1095 from $1015. Management, what management all Mary was good for was being lazy to fix problems… even if it was an emergence like flooding (which happened 3 times). Mold and wood rot throughout our apartment, which was covered by paint when we 1st moved in (not fixed or cleaned)… as we were leaving we were informed by a neighbor that walls were infested with mold. Noise was another problem. One last annoyance (of many many more), we were only allow one guest per person who lives there, and when it came to the swimming pool you had to be next to your guest the entire time.

To sum up:
Rent is HIGH
Management is BAD
Toxic Mold YES
Noise YES
Lack of personal freedom YES.
