Westpark is a huge apartment complex. It offers spacious 1 & 2 BD apartments that we loved. I have lived here in several different units over the span of 18 years. The management here is wonderful, some of the staff do great work but have been abusive verbally to tenants and other workers. They try their best to keep it clean, but I have on occassion come home to find soiled infant diapers literally laying on my front door. The tenants were good people and you we got along well, I know that they cannot be at every single place each time something happens but for $1300 a month I could get along better without the diapers, without the food peddlers, the CD peddlers, the crowded apartment buildings.

And the security there is a JOKE! I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to my car to find it bathed in MUD with fresh sneaker prints on the hood, the roof the trunk? What the heck is going on? These people are paid for this and yet I have to do their job for them? We had flooding problems in our unit for the last year there, and although they were quick to send out maintenance for repairs every new rain brought a mini flash flood in my master bedroom!!!

The staff means well , the manager herself is awesome, all maintenance people were wonderful EXCEPT the daytime lead, he was AWFUL!!! No customer service skills, and for the most part in my opinion no people skills.

Westpark was a beautiful place to be, it still has some salvaging qualities but until these issues are addressed I fear I just can´t recommend this complex.
