Hello and thank you for your review! Stonelake is a gorgeous community that was built in 2004-2005. The property is getting older and new styles and features are desired and that is why our ownership takes pride in our community and why we're upgrading every apartment upon move out and beautifying every aspect of the community. Although the community is getting older we are sustaining the integrity and design of our buildings. We do feature resort-style pools as you can vividly see in our advertisements. Stonelake offers Courtesy Patrol for the after-hours needs of our residents and to make sure the property runs smoothly when office staff isn't available. We encourage our residents to take advantage of paying online and avoid unneccary trips to the bank or leasing office, going Green is a positive idea but not mandatory! Lastly, we never want you to feel unappreciated or dissatisfied with our community; please reach out to me personally to discuss if desired.

Hello and thank you for your review! I have to agree that there is always room for improvement and that's what our team is constantly striving for. I'm sorry to hear that we've been unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. We do our very best to never let our phone calls go unanswered. You may have been emailing an address of a past employee or our marketing email, not sure but I will be looking into this further. We are replacing all the cabinets and counter tops as people move out. This started in February and will trend until the entire property has been done. Thank you for your kind words regarding our maintenance staff as they work very hard to service our residents. And I would have to agree we have beautiful grounds! Our pools are very well maintained and have been hit hard over the winter months. But have no worries, we have them serviced daily during warm months. If you are a current resident and would like to discuss your counter tops please call me directly as I would love to help.
