We agree with what the other tenants have written regarding the
management here.

We're responsible, quiet tenants and always pay rent
on time, so it took us by surprise when we found ourselves being
perpetually harassed by the management. We've coped by not asking for anything
and avoiding the management at all costs (we need a place to live and
don't wish for any problems or conflict).

A few times we were
called by management and encouraged to file police complaints against our
neighbors. The problem is that our neighbors are great and we really like
them. Why would we call the police about them when they've done nothing
to us,nor have they ever caused any issues with anyone that we've
observed? It made us very nervous because it didn't seem right. We've
noticed that management seems to target single females, so if you're a
single woman you should probably look elsewhere. As an earlier poster noted,
management has tried to evict them for no real reasons.

The flip
side of this community is that the people who live here are very
friendly and caring. We've never had an issue with any neighbors (a fairly
diverse group) and there is a good spirit about the place. The location
is convenient, but there are gunshots at night, which is worrysome. We
also had major issues with rain and mold this past winter, so the
construction isn't up to snuff.

In short, we wouldn't recommend moving
here unless the current management is replaced. It's a bit shocking that
management has kept their job based on the behavior we've observed.
