SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello, we appreciate your feedback. We try our best to maintain the trash issue at Rolling Oaks which we agree is an ongoing concern that we will continue to work on daily. We currently have compacting services three times a week, trash disposal two times a week, as well as a haul away company that takes large items away weekly. Our maintenance team does their best to maintain trash enclosures daily to ensure trash is placed in the dumpsters. We are currently not allowed to accept packages, and I know this is frustrating; however, once we are able to safely accept packages again, we will make a announcement to the community. We do have a site map located at the entrance as well as a paper copy posted on our front door. We also have paper copies available for drivers. Thank you for taking the time out to write your concerns. We quarterly power wash breezeways and sidewalks. We hope with the new maintenance team we can do this monthly versus quarterly. We recently had tree trimming done in August of this year; building clearance is done around every two years or as needed; however, if there is an area of concern, please reach out to us, and we will remedy it for you. For the after-hours emergency process, you would call the main number and press 2. Hello, we're glad you like your neighbors and the staff. We also do not like that PG&E shuts off the power or that fires occur. During those times, we do our best in accommodating residents by offering a charging station with snacks, coffee, and the use of a microwave from 9am-9pm with staff present for any questions. We also send updates as we are made aware. We do have upgraded apartments available if you're interested in a transfer, or we also offer appliance upgrades options.
