I lived here from 2004-2008, then I purchased a house in Elk Grove. In 2014 I sold my house and moved back to the Fairmont At Willow Creek. Everyone knows that moving can be extremely stressful; however, the staff makes the entire process very seamless and comforting. No one is perfect by any means and it's not that problems don't happen in life; it's how they're handled when problems do. I'm the first one to admit that I am a perfectionist and can be difficult to take at times. I typically work with Cherilyn and Lacey. They are always helpful and kind. They make me feel like I'm home. When maintenance issues arise, they're always handled in a timely manner. Randy, Thomas and Ryan keep things clean in my apartment and if you knew me at all; that's a big deal. I recommend the Fairmont At Willow Creek to everyone.
