The Fairmont made my family move because our son was being too loud. He is an infant and was less than a year old when I threatened to evict us if we didn't quiet down. The woman down stairs would complain about every tenant above her and they would not hear our side of the story. She would make preposterous statements such as, "they were vacuuming at 1AM." The whole situation was frustrating and management turned a deaf ear to our side, just as they did with the previous tenant who lived near this woman.

Secondly, when we finally agreed to move to a downstairs apartment they charged us outrageous fees for "damages." They made us replace a hole in the carpet that was there when we moved in. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.
