Legends at Willow Creek

I used to live at The Legends between 2001 and 2012. I have to say for the most part I enjoyed my stay there as its a nice community. Nadine is great to interact with as she really cares about the tenants and my interactions with Trina were positive. I really liked Brian but he left a few years back. The maintenance staff were really good and it was rare that is wasn't fixed right the first time. Downsides: steep rent especially in view of they are way over market rent for the Sacramento area and the apartments were built cheaply. I had multiple neighbors throughout the years some good, some not so great. The wife beater stands out in my mind as being chillingly scary. If you have issues and need resolution Trina is proactive and besides she makes all final, major decisions. I moved across town to be closer to work and I now have an upstairs neighbor with bipolar disease! I had noise issues almost right away which I reported to management. The manager set up a face to face meeting which was a disaster and I have to say the team at The Legends did not handle after hours noise issues in this manner. In other words, there was more professionalism and an avoidance of confrontations. I save a lot in rent but when my neighbor upstairs is off her meds she starts speaking in tongues, dropping heavy objects on my ceiling, loud talking and laughing sometimes in the middle of the night! Evidently when she's on her meds she's as quiet as a church mouse. What was I thinking about! I miss you Nadine!
