The other things are good sure BUT it looks like whoever built it couldn't figure out where the floor was so all doors are about an inch above the ground. You can't open the sliding glass door from the patio so if you close it... well, good luck getting back in. Also the screws on the sliding closet doors keep coming loose and the doors both fell off the frame the first time we tried sliding them and have been a problem since. The windows are single pane so there's a terrible draft ESPECIALLY in winter. It's been freezing in the bedrooms especially but it's too expensive to run the heat as it ESCAPES out the windows. Not to mention the outdated heat and air system. Also they have washers and dryers available to all residents but it's $2 to wash $2 to dry, the dryers don't work very well and the washers only accept pretty small loads, so if you do live here it'll be cheaper to go to a laundromat. However, The kitchen is a great size for an apartment definitely and they did install new quality appliances during the remodel. In hindsight I would not have moved into these apartments had I known how living in them would be, even when we needed a problem fixed they gave us a day and time they would be here, and then never came. If you're looking for an apartment out here there are nicer more affordable options. This place is over-priced for its overall quality and I have not enjoyed living here so far. The office staff is really nice though but the conditions not so much.
