I lived over here for more than 3 years. Overall this community is nice and you won't see much trouble from neighbors as well. Initial 2 years we never had any problem so didn't deal with staff/maintenance guy but in 3rd year when we tasted the staff/maintenance folks attitude , we decided to move out and shifted to Waterford which is much cheaper and also have nice service with no additional cost . during third year of my stay , Whenever I used to place maintenance request they will first try to get everything out of your pocket ( e.g. once the patio screen was off the hook and the maintenance guy asked me to pay $100 to get new screen. On other occasion when we asked to fix a couple of blinds I have experienced same thing where they asked me to pay the charge. I've been in some other apartments but never seen these kind of additional charges for each service request and that also when it takes at least a week to complete the service request. While moving out they also snatched $300 from our deposit.
