The Falls at Willow Creek

We were so excited to live at the Falls. After touring the community, meeting with a lovely leasing consultant, and ultimately, putting down a $400 hold deposit for an apartment, we were ready to move in. There had been miscommunication regarding the move- in date, which was fine by us, we are easy going people. The miscommunication had come from a newer agent, and the staff was apologetic on his behalf. However, days before move in, I received a horrible phone call from the manager, Chelle. It hand't communicated to her that it was her staff member who had provided the wrong information to us. When I tried to explain myself, she cut me off and continued to go on about how I needed to be clear. Moving is stressful as it is, and considering the ink wasn't even dry on the lease, and yet Chelle was still so disrespectful, we considered it fair warning and forwent our holding deposit and found another complex in town. BEST DECISION.
