The bad: My rent increased 22% over 2 years. Maintenance is quick to fix urgent problems (pests, leaks, clogs), but fails to fix minor problems (repainting the water-damaged wall). The water/garbage charges (about $45 for a 1BR) were not clearly announced before I moved in. Professional steam-cleaning of the carpets ($60) is a *required* deduction from your deposit when you move out. The good: Quality appliances, sufficient closets and storage, clean pools and fitness equipment, polite and friendly staff. Overall, not a low-class establishment---but you'll pay for it.
