Hello SoCalChris, If there are issues that need to be corrected during the move in inspection, our team works to resolve them immediately. If a new resident is not completely satisfied with his/her initial move in experience, he/she can move-out with no lease break penalty. The resident must notify the Community Manager in writing within 30 days of his/her move-in date. The resident is responsible for rent payment for the 30-day period after the office receives the written notice, and must move out within that specified time. If you would like more clarification on this policy or feel as if further resolution is needed, I would be happy to assist you. I can be reached Monday through Friday at (949) 455-2600.
