I'll get to the point as I'm guessing most of you spending the time to read this have little time to begin with.
About Me: 20-something male professional from LA, I've lived all over the US and abroad and work for a reputable software company in Silicon Valley
Pro's: The apartments are actually pretty nice. Parking is easy and secured, no issue in 5 months being here. The gym is convenient for those rainy weekends (which seem to be a lot these days!!) and proximity to the water bikeway, parks, grocery store and freeways is really nice.
Con's: Prometheus property management nickels and dimes. Do not be fooled by the leasing office.. expect to base your base rent $10 in allocated sewage fees $28 in sewer base fees, $20 in trash fees $3.25 "rent service fee" each month. While I realize $60 each month is not much given the average rental price here, the billing at this place is absolutely awful! Also, Ryan Lopez the property manager is not very good at his job. He has lied to me personally at least 5 times about everything from insurance paperwork to Foster City utility guidelines.
Overall - Stay away. Most of the Pro's listed above are easily attained at other properties in Foster City... Good Luck with your search.
