Living along the water is great but only if you live on the second floor, otherwise people walking along the water can see into your apartment if you have the shades open. And you are not allowed to have anything covering the window as it will "defer from the astestics" of the complex. Also there isn´t much insulation between the floors, which means if you live on the first floor you hear every step from the upstairs neighbor. In fact you can hear all your neighbors around you but it´s more pronounced if you´re on the first floor.

<br>Another down side is there isn´t guest parking within the complex, so if you would like to have guests over they are on their own with street parking, and there isn´t much street parking(think parking in SF). If you live in a one bedroom apartment you´re only alloted one car port space. This means if you have two people living in a one bedroom apartment each with a car one of you will have to fend for yourself with street parking, and there´s limited street parking.
