I live here with my fiance and we originally wanted to find a place where we could stay and not have to keep moving. However, these apartments did not live up to our lease agreement. Overall, the apartments on the outside/inside are decent. Parking is not good if you need more than one parking spot. Our biggest problem has been our neighbors. When we first moved in our upstairs neighbors were fairly quiet. The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot. However, when new neighbors moved in upstairs that's when our experience here turned terrible. The new people threw parties during the week and we can had to call the FV police and security on them. Even worse, they decided to get a dog without telling the front office. The inconsiderate people upstairs would leave the dog outside all day to park and pee all over our patio. To this day, there is still dog urine/stains/newspaper trimmings all over out patio. We have not been able to use it for months because of this. We explained to the front office our situation with these people for almost six months now. Just recently, we spoke with head management and they told us that we could not break our lease early without paying a penalty. Also, they told us the neighbors had three days to get rid of the dog, then later said they promised to keep the dog inside. So apparently, when someone stays here they can break the rules of their lease without getting penalized. But if you are a good tenant, pay rent on time, and have had no one complain about you, then you receive no sympathy or assistance in moving out without paying extra. Upper management is horrific and this place is not worth the money. I thought I did my research about this place before I moved in, but unfortunately it takes horrible neighbors to find out how good an apartment's management is.
