I have the 1st Amendment on my side. Discriminatory, NOT DIVERSE AT ALL, nosey neighbors, barely anyone speaks English, not pet friendly, not kid friendly, prepare to be walked in on by manager during random --- inspections even if you're not at home, half --- maintenance crew, blames you for their bad maintenance jobs. Neighbors complain about pets and will try to run them over, parents don't watch their kids, parents will call the police on your children for little playground fights over toys. No new renovations, old appliances. They will tell you that your washing machine/ dryer is new but they just "fix" old used ones and claim it's new. Manager will tow your car before you can even apply for a new parking space. Your apartment basically has to be empty and look like no one lives there for you to pass inspection. I love people of all colors, shapes, and sizes but if you are not of Middle Eastern or Indian decent you unfortunately will not be able to live here. The manager only caters to tenants that look and speak like him. He is never in his office, prejudice against tenants that have been to jail. Doesn't let kids ride their bikes, scooters, or skateboards in play area. Doesn't let tenants use the community room or computers for the apartment's kids to do their homework. Raises rent constantly. So basically, if you're an antisocial, single person, with no kids, of Middle Eastern decent, with a nice car, with just a bed, that doesn't smoke or drink, and can tolerate discrimination these apartments are perfect for you.
