The community is great and great location in fremont.

But Management, thats another story. The management keeps changing like the seasons in a year. I have been here for a couple of years and seen the management change atleast 5 times that I have noticed. There may have been more changes that I am unaware of. Since the management changes so often there is no consistency in the services you receive from them. It is a great HASSLE to get things done from them. You would be better off not asking them. But dont let it bog you down.

AMENITIES:

There are only two tennis courts, one of which is cracked and not suitable for playing. They claim the swimming pool is "solar heated" ... in other words it isn´t heated at all. The fitness center is too small and half the equipment is broken and the other half isn´t useful (you would never use them at all). So disregard any claim of their amenities. They all suck.

LIVING:

Now comes the part of living. There are no elevators in the two bedroom buildings, which is very painful while moving. They give you deals to move into two bedroom buildings but the catch is that there are no elevators and you would spend all the money you save from rent on the movers.

The apartments have a huge mildew problem as well. The homes look good from inside in summer. During winter you will encounter mildew on all your windows, french doors and bathrooms. It is painful to clean mildew. Also there are a lot bugs in the aparments. I have encountered ants, roaches and silver fish ... oh And dont forget the spiders.

I have had the electrical fuse blow out many times. I have heard stories where the insulation was so bad on the wires that the wires were exposed and short circuit. This is dangerous, cause you could see the sparks come out of the electrical receptacle and also it would damage all the equipment that you connect to that outlet.

So, my suggestion would be, rent at this community but ... always keep the management and the maintenance department busy by asking them to fix all the stuff at your homes. The maintenance guys are very helpful and fix stuff when you call them.

The management is after your deposit. Any deposit given to them is as good as putting it down the drains. So dont bother to scrub and rub a lot while you vacate.

Parking is a perennial problem. NO GUEST PARKING. If you park in another spot by mistake, your car would get towed. While towing, the cars are brutalized. It would make you weep.
