To anyone thinking of moving here, the apartments are nice and quiet, the leasing agents are extremely nice and helpful - but if you are unfortunate enough to deal with the manager, Gina, it's enough to make you want to move. Every time I call to make a request, I hope that she doesnt pick up the line, because I know i'll have to answer question after condescending question before anything gets done.

On the few occasions that i've had to deal with Gina in person, she doesnt listen, gets defensive, chooses sides before hearing both parties, makes false accusations, and makes no attempt to resolve any situation peacefully. If you live here, it's Gina's way or the Highway.

To Royal T Management - I know that i'm just a tenant, and that some of the negative reviews here on this site are poorly worded vulgar ramblings from problem tenants, but you would do well to listen to the feedback from those such as myself, as you are losing business because of your manager, Gina, who is unprofessional at best, and does not understand how to work with people. With all the effort (promotion signs out, leasing staff working even on weekends) it's obvious you are looking for more tenants. I myself have recommended this complex in the past to several friends and coworkers, many of which have moved in. You would probably have a full complex with a waiting list if it werent for all the people, including myself, that have or will move out due to a power-hungry manager that doesnt even pretend to care when you come to her with a problem.
