It's been under construction almost a year and still going. They turn off the water almost every week, remodel the office and most apartment units. It's VERY VERY inconvenient and noisy. They also repainted the whole complex from white color to a very dark color why? So far I'm moving out in a couple months. I suggest that if you wanna move in, wait until they finish this mess so you can live peacefully here.
