I've been accustomed to living in Irvine Company owned apartments, but after living in small but newer apartments, there is a certain charm about living in something that is older but well kept and maintained. I've been living in a 2 bedroom unit at their property and the master bedroom is huge! They also have not been raising rents like other places. I left my Irvine Company apartment because they raised my apartment unit price a $100 after a year. They're expensive already! I have also lived at the newer apartments called Amerige Pointe. Sure they are nice, but I didn't enjoy the cramped space and lack of parking. At Cinnamon Ridge, I get to register 2 cars in a gated parking, and the maintenance has been pretty responsive so far. They claim quick turnaround times during their apartment tours and this has all been true so far. They have community taco nights and pizza nights weekly. I've been on property for a year and up for a renewal and I just renewed without an increase. What manmagement does that nowadays? It's great to come home to a property like this where it's quiet and I don't have to worry about my car getting stolen or my stuff in my apartment. So, If you want a lot of space, quiet, and great maintenance and responsive management that doesn't raise your rent, this is the place. Otherwise, there's a lot of apartments in this area, so I'm sure there won't be any issues finding one.
