Some of our outlets don't work, trees make a big mess on the patio as do the spiders inside and out. Parking is a nightmare, but Laura in the front office is always really nice and takes care of our problems in a timely manner. Our 2 car garage is very spacious and located very close to our apartment. Would recommend this place to others however be advised of a very steep $60 water/trash/sewer bill every month. Was not something we heard about in the beginning and is essentially a 3% price increase.
