this was the worst experience of my life!!!!! rent is too high for no reason! water is always off! people in the leasing office is rude and dont give a s*** about you. you can never have people over becuase theres no parking. they tow cars all throughout the night. if you decide to have a get together be super quiet becuase security who act like police will write you up!3 write ups they will kick you out. the apartment fell apart within 9 months = cheap! they charge you for everything! the only positive thing about this apartment complex is that its right next to cal state fullerton and hope international. do no rent!!!
