The absolute worst.
First of all, the staff is terrible. I have never met such apathetic and unprofessional people in my life. They have no problem talking back to you or picking a fight about the smallest things. They would rather bully you into something than actually have a normal conversation.
Second, the parking situation is a disaster. I hope you don't plan on having any friends or family over because there are only 10 Guest Spots for the 200 units and no overnight parking. To make it worse, construction crews often take up spots designated for the residents, leaving even fewer spaces in an already limited lot. There is no street parking, either.
Third, those construction crews I mentioned before are never ending. The apartment complex seems to always have a crew working on something, making as much noise as possible early in the morning.
While the location is this property's biggest draw for students, be prepared to be treated as if you are expendable. The staff knows that they will always have students looking to live close to campus to fill the empty units and that the students that already live there don't want to move further away.
I whole-heartedly regret my decision to move to Nutwood East. I read the reviews on this site prior to moving in and ignored them, thinking that it was just an exaggeration and if I kept my nose clean my experience would be fine. It's not an exaggeration. It's really this bad.
