My recommendation would be not to live in a street facing unit. The auto noise there is kind of bad. If your neighbors like to argue, you might actually be able to follow the discussion.

And then there´s the fact that it´s close to Cal State Fullerton, which means you have college kids making noise when many people are trying to sleep, or driving by in their glass-pack Mustangs, rattling windows.

The biggest complaint is how the sink areas are connected to the bedrooms with no door to close. God forbid you have an actual roommate (in your room). One of you will almost automatically wake up the other, just by getting ready for work. And your guests have to essentially go in your bedroom to get to the toilet.

Guest parking is a wild affair. Good luck!

There is a pool, but I´ve never used it.

I´d say the place is utilitarian at best, although I suppose something could be made of it. But not much.
