Rose Pointe Apartments

I've just moved from Rose Pointe and to all those who are searching, you can end it NOW. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN FULLERTON!

I've lived in Fullerton for five years and i've checked out other apts. in the area and they just don't come close.

I just read some of the reviews (good and not so good) and I noticed that these residents have about a year experience there. From someone who has spent half a decade there I feel my opinion is one you can count on.

WHAT'S GOOD: The apartments are above average size(upper level has high cielings!), the amenities are well taken care of; pool/jacuzzi is cleaned weekly if not more, brand new workout equipment, two workout rooms w/cardio, sauna, business area with computer(high-speed internet), BEAUTIFUL landscape that is maintained daily. Add to that some of the friendliest managers i've known, and SEVERAL community events that you can invite your friends to and can count on to always be fun! I won a 25-inch Television at the annual "Vegas Nights"! No lie!

NOT SO GOOD:It's great but not perfect. There are parking issues, and sometimes landscape morning maintenance could be an issue if you wake up after 9am.
However, when I was fed up with parking I bought a space for $25/month. I don't know what the price is now, but I never had a problem after that. When spaces opened up(usually summer time) I stopped paying for it. For the latter I'm sure mgmt. will compromise with you to the best of their ability. The price for an apt. is up there, but what else isn't expensive nowadays? Plus unlike other places I can honestly say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Maintenance was always at our door that day or within a day or two when we had issues. I never had anything serious which is a testament to how well they take care of the apt.

BOTTOM LINE: If you are seriously looking you should at least go by for a tour. I just moved into a huge 5 bdrm, 4 bthrm. house and I can say I will miss Rose Pointe and more importantly, the mgrs. Does this read like a promotion? Maybe. But i'd bet good money that if you lived here you'd agree that there's no place better. Don't forget location. 2 miles from downtown fullerton and all it has to offer is something to consider as well. Plus colleges/schools, everything you can think of. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
