I have to start off by saying it has its downsides. Mexican gardeners who love singing (yelling) their songs at around 9 AM, as well as doing their mowing right outside your window, management and neighbors who are knitpicky about every single loud noise you make (don't expect to hold any sort of party, the most you can have is a get together of friends.), and poor ventilation in the apartments (at least the 2nd floor ones. You can hardly get a breeze to come through.) The bathroom is also poorly placed, so you can get mold in there if you're not careful. It sounds like a lot, but really its quite a pleasant place to live. The grounds are quiet (no car noise) and well kept, and theres actually quite adequate parking during most of the day and night. When I first moved in a couple years ago the parking was a lot worse, but its better now. Its close by to a lot of places (Henrys, Target, In N Out, Albertsons is nearby too) as well as the 91 freeway. Honestly I couldn't ask for a more convenient location.
