I'm a current resident at Franciscan Garden. What a nightmare it has been for 3 days now. I had hot water heater pipe burst, due to age of the property. It flooded everywhere!!!! For 2 full days and the only thing that MGR said to be was to wait for the repair man. They showed up the next day!!! My kitchen, living room, dinning room were all soaked in water. I had 2 carpets, 2 book shelves, and much more damaged. The MGR is a total %itch. She told me to write a letter to the management company, but it has to be handed to her. Who know what she'll do with the letter. I don't even know if it ever go to actual rental management company.
