My partner and I have been living at Brio for about 3 years now and have enjoyed living here so far. We usually move to different apartment complexes every year because we were never satisfied. At Brio, we're super happy with the apartment itself but also the overall experience. First off, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Everyone always greets you with a genuine smile and the leasing office makes you feel important. They seem to always remember your apartment number and face even though there's probably like 400+ units! During this quarantine time, they have been doing their best to ensure that they're doing their part to keep the complex safe and sanitized. They also provided us with lunch to show support during this time! Also, if you like to entertain friends as we do, the noise stays contained in your apartment! When neighbors play music or have guests over, you can hear it when you walk by the door but that's about it. You can't hear anything once you're in your apartment which is great. The residents are super friendly or keep to themselves and even though it's such a big complex, you rarely ever see anyone. The amenities are also great! They've made some upgrades to the common areas which are greatly appreciated! The only downfall right now is the construction on Elk, which our apartment faces but that's out of their control. There's plenty of guest parking, which is RARE! All that said, I highly recommend Brio. Take it from me, as someone who always moves, make the time to visit Brio if you're looking for a new home!
