Family with a newborn. New management is completely clueless as to how townhomes are run. They seem to have nothing better to do but constantly threaten residents with towing vehicles when the parking is severely lacking and in order to park in the street you will need to walk between an 1/8 to a 1/4 of a mile in order to get to your home. The fact that this space is on an extremely inclined hill makes the daily walks even more cumbersome. The aesthetics are lovely but you will sacrifice competence and empathy for a visually pleasing place to live. If you can put up with daily harrassment and an amazing view of the valley, then this is the place for you. In addition, being close to the 405 freeway was difficult to deal with as keeping your windows open for ventilation was important to me. With my new home I can keep my windows open with no noise. Move in at your own risk.
