Hello All

If you want to get out of your lease I will tell how, and it is LEGAL. When the manager posts a 3 day notice to pay or quit notice on your door, it is your legal right to vacate the apartment within the listed three days.

The only rent you are responsible to pay, is the rent from the 1st of the month to the end date in the notice. Example: If you are asked to vacate the apartment on the 6th of the month, you are obligated by law to surrender the keys to the manager along with the amount of rent for the 6 days prior to vacating to property.

Read the 3 day notice to pay or quit notice very carefully. The Management team is asking you to leave. You are NOT being evicted, and this DOES NOT go on your credit report.

For more information, please feel free to call Echo Housing.
