I moved in and had a carport with a parking permit. I also had a motorcycle in the front of the carport which the people in the office said it was okay. There were a number of other motorcycles in the complex under carports with cars. One Friday evening around 10 pm I pulled into my carport and went up to my apartment. Unknown to me, right after I left, a tow truck owned by All Broun Tow attached to my truck and hauled it off. The next morning when I went to my truck, it was missing. I called the police and they said it was hauled off by a private tow company. I was left without a vehicle, and no way to recover it. I finally called the tow company and started walking. It cost me $522.00 to get it back. The next day when I talked to the manager, she was very rude and unsympathetic. I got online and found out that this happens on a regular basis. My guess is that the manager gets some sort of kickback from the tow company.
