I have lived her for a little over two years. The one good thing I have to say about the structural aspect of the building is that I don't here too much noise from neighbors. The lady upstairs plays the piano on a daily basis and I can barely hear it. Sometimes she sings too, gospel I think, but I can't hear it enough to warrant a complaint. The management sucks. If you have an issue, don't expect anything to be done about it. I was lied to before I moved in...to make the complex seem "glamorous". I have heard of peoples cars being broken into on multiple occasions, cars being stolen, etc. and management doesn't do a thing about it. I have lived her for over a year without being on a lease....mainly because this apartment is going for cheaper than what I am paying for rent. An honest business would offer me the lower rate. Though it's in the hills, with minimal traffic noise, I wouldn't suggest living here.
